Excellent purchase experience. We went in with a specific purchase in mind and our salesperson did an outstanding job matching our needs. The purchase process was quick and easy and we even got a chance to meet Bob Mills personally. Very satisfied with the entire transaction.

Bob Mills will more than likely be the only place we ever buy furniture from again! The experience was great. They greeted us at the door, told us where we would find what we were looking for, and did not hover at all! We didn’t buy anything when we went that day but came back soon after and they remembered who we were and what furniture we wanted. The financing options they gave us were fantastic and the process was extremely easy. By far the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture ever! Highly highly highly recommended.

We had a very good experience at Bob Mills. First time we have gone and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful when you needed.

First, they did not helicopter us around the store. Second, the store had organized sections that allowed us to find and test exactly what we were shopping too buy. Third, the store rep was knowledgeable in all aspects of furniture and interior blending of brands, so thank you Bek. Forth, the store Bob Mills Furniture actually ask you to pay a few dollars (about 5 % of total price) for 4 year protection from any in use damage AND returns the dollars if not used. And fifth, we were eligible for 20% discounted total package. That was our 5 star experience as a veteran, senior citizen and a new Texan.

In looking for a bed for my daughter that has scoliosis, the BedMatch process really helped in selecting the right bed for her. The process was made even easier with the help from the young lady that assisted us. Ms. Ashley, was very professional and courteous and showed us a great selection that were in our price range. The best part was that the bed was in stock and will be delivered very soon.

I originally got a couch through Ashley Furniture Store but they pushed my delivery date continuously for 5 months. When I went into the store to check on it for the 3rd time I found out they don’t make it anymore, they sold the display model, and they needed me to pick out a new couch. Bob Mills Furniture to save the day! They got me and even better couch to be delivered in 4 days. They were super helpful and knowledgeable on helping pick out a good long-lasting piece of furniture to endure with my kids.

We have shopped here at the Waco location several times over the past couple of years. We've purchased a bedroom set, and most recently, new living room furniture. This last visit was just great. We got 45% of the living room set we liked, and the sales associate was super-helpful! We can't say enough about how well we've been treated at this store. A great shopping experience
